Hi I installed the game fine and can play it on mame and 2df. When I went to add the buttons in the ini file it was not there.

I looked in : C:/Documents and Settings/"Your main user name"/Application data/Damdai/2DF/Freeplay/Config/Games/

except with my user name in the address and it was not there.... and did a search on my computer for it. anyone tell me what im missing or need

to do to produce the file? thought mabey it would make itself after i ran the game but it did not. thank you

try this,

enter 2df play ss5sp alone, close 2df then check. If that doesnt work, enter 2df challenge person, quit after game starts then check.

Ok i did all that but I found the Root of the problem. That being that its still greyed out in the list in 2df. I can use the play alone function but cant challenge anyone. How do I get 2df to reconize the game? they took out the rescane function on the new client right?

I have the main rom and the 2st 2nd and 3rd set and the new bios (from the link of this original post) in the "roms" folder of my mame directory.

I dont know i havent used new client yet im not too excited about it.

Well i figured it out...

u have to go into a greyed out game u have roms for and can play and hit the "join room" button. thats make the game white and makes and ini file. thanks for every1's help.
